Dana Buglak

Director/Founder

At Woof & Willow Co., I am dedicated to keeping dogs off of the streets out of shelters, and in safe and loving homes. After fostering and volunteering on the sidelines with rescues, I decided to take the next step and start my organization. My heart is still dedicated to assisting as many local rescues and shelters as I can, as many are overcrowded, understaffed, and underfunded.
All breeds are different and require different needs. I advise anyone interested in bringing a furry friend into their life to consider their own activity level, work schedule, financial needs, and more. Today, dogs are a luxury to own and raise, it's important to understand that they are a lifetime commitment. I have studied and worked with dogs for over ten years, and I am committed to learning more everyday.

Viviana Nickerson

Foster & Adoption Coordinator

I am a mother of 3 human kids, a few pups, and a rabbit. My husband and children thankfully share my passion for animal welfare, and support my recent career change to dedicate myself to both real estate and dog rescue. From the moment I was given my first rescue puppy at around 3 yrs old in South America, I developed an incredible connection to dogs. I have spent my entire life advocating for them, and learning as much as I can along the way.
I strongly believe in educating people, matching them up with a lifelong best friend according to their lifestyle, and being available to share resources as needed. Thanks to Dana, I have the opportunity to contribute even more, and be a part of a new network of people who are just as empathetic and committed to making a positive impact in the lives of as many dogs as possible.

Atlas

Co-Founder

Professional cuddler, great in front of the camera, slight drama queen, cheese lover, empath, over all 10/10 a good boy.

Atlas is the reason Woof and Willow is here today, the first dog tag was made for him and the photo of him wearing it attracted many (can you blame them, look at that face). He remains an inspiration to this day, waking up every morning and lifting the moods of those around him. He's the backbone of this little small business. Atlas loves to show our foster dogs how to sit, wait, lay down, play fetch and more.

Astra

Co-Founder

A free spirit, natural leader, eager to learn and wild child, Astra joined the team at just 6 weeks old. She showed signs of leadership (and sass) right away.

Astra keeps us on our toes, she knows that time is money, and you'll never catch her sleeping on the job. Multitasking? She's your girl. Astra could play forever, especially with our foster puppies, she has a mothers love inside of her that is caring a kind. Astra is best at teaching young puppies how to play with other dogs. While never a mom herself, Astra takes on the role of a mother to orphan new born puppies and is a true hero.
