Order Processing

Please allow up to three business days for your order to be processed. New items may add additional days to order processing times, orders are dispatched in the order that they are received.

Shipping and Handling

Most of the items you see are made-to-order and handmade, please keep that in mind when ordering, as it may take 3-5 business days for your items to ship. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Payment Options

Woof & Willow Co. accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express credit cards, and PayPal payments.
We do not accept personal checks, money orders, or direct bank transfers. Woof and Willow will NEVER call, email or text you for your card or bank information. The owner Dana may reach out to you via email if she has a question about your customized order.

Return Policy

To initiate a return, please email us directly. We accept items back in new condition with tags and liners attached for a full refund within 21 days of your purchase. Please email us directly if you have an issue with your items so we can resolve the problem, we may allow you to keep the item, and send you a new one.
